The Mayan Coast Realty team is a group of professional services from the Costa Maya area that work together
to provide complete and professional real estate services.  Our team, from accountants and engineers, to
attorneys and notarios, has been put together to provide complete and professional services buyers and sellers
need and expect. Our goal is to provide high quality service that provides our customers a sound understanding
of the process, and the confidence to know their transaction was completed properly.

Mayan Coast Realty is a partnership of owners Ramon Moreno  Both bring a strong professional resume to the
company and provide different and unique qualities to the team. And it is that team concept that makes
Mayan Coast Realty perhaps a little different than the others. They are not competing Realtors in the same
office. They are partners, each with specific roles and responsibilities that overlap on each transaction.  
Ramon separately, at various stages of the same transaction.. Ramon will then oversee the completion of that
contract. He works closely with the Notarios and attorneys to set up the ownership entity for the buyer and
oversee the process through closing.
Ramon Moreno’s background has been as a Chetumal based management
consultant, specializing in facilitating real estate transactions, setting up
corporations and overseeing administrative duties for foreigners. His
knowledge of the various local, state and federal governmental agencies,
from the Office of Immigration, to the local records clerks, allow our
transactions to be completed in a timely and professional manner. His focus is
to oversee each transaction to assure the process is complete and that our
customers understand the transaction. His fluent English allows him to easily
translate and communicate between our customers and the various
professionals throughout the transaction process. He can help you ask the
right questions to the right people.
